Salary: Up to £77,300 depending on experience, plus Annual Bonus and Car or Cash Allowance Location: Forbury Place, Reading Permanent, Full Time Hours with flexible working patterns available Our Role SSE Enterprise Telecoms are seeking a Head of Business Change to lead the change management organisation through the business wide transformation. SSEET have embarked on a journey to deliver an ambitious plan to grow business revenues over the next 5 years and must become a strong change organisation. As Head of Business Change, you'll be responsible for understanding how each of our strategic objectives will impact each part of the business and you will develop and implement a sustainable change management framework for Telecoms that minimises disruption and maximises adoption of project and strategy driven changes. Your main accountabilities will include: - Delivery of a lean target business operating model that successfully delivers on customer and business outcomes - Understanding of the business change impacts for all activities in the portfolio - Influencing the delivery roadmap of different business areas to deliver target operating model - Design and implement a framework for delivering business change, from identification of an opportunity, through to embedding change and assessing benefit - Build a successful in-house Business Change team, and identify opportunity to engage third parties for specialist capabilities, or periods of high impact change projects - Build strong relationships with senior business and customer stakeholder groups; such as CIO, Digital transformation, Major Programmes and Product Development, HR Skills and Experience required: The successful candidate will: - Be an inspirational and influential promoter of change, capable of leading and developing a successful and sustainable team - Have great communication skills and have an ability to build rapport and strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of business and customer organisations - Have excellent analytical skills and the ability to synthesize information - Have creative and innovative presentation skills, with the ability to tailor approach to suit the audience - Be able to identify how prioritised change initiatives will contribute to the long-term vision of the organisation, over shorter-term gains, and establish compelling communications for this - Have a track record of implementing successful change frameworks and target operating models into organisations, preferably in the business-to-business technology sector Our Company The Enterprise Division comprises four companies: Contracting, Rail, Telecoms and Utilities.
